Refund Policy

The terms and restrictions that apply to the Refund Policy are listed here, just like they do for any online transaction. When you purchase a training course from the Ecour website, you also agree to the following points as well as our privacy and terms of use policies.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to teacher sickness or other unavoidable circumstances (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, a pandemic situation like COVID-19, etc.), Ecour retains the right to postpone or cancel the classes.

If you attended the online classroom training for more than one day or downloaded or accessed course materials through the learning portal, your request for a refund will not be honoured.

Courses that have been reduced in price will not be refunded.

The academic institute tie-up courses are non-refundable.

Refunds are not available for degree programmes. All payments and enrolments are complete and final.

No reimbursement will be issued if the delegate does not show up as scheduled.

Taxes will not be reimbursed in the event of a refund.

If the learners wish to re-attended the online instructor-led sessions for the purchased course and if their no availability of the batch in the future then in that situation maximum refund applicable will be 10% of the entire amount spent.

The learner may be given a voucher for an amount equal to the 10% of the tuition they paid at the time of enrollment if, for some technical reason, they are unable to access the self-paced videos or class recordings after having already attended the entire course through instructor-led online classes. In this case, no refund is applicable.

Please Note: The first party shall refer to the sole arbitrator any and all disputes, differences, or questions that may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them regarding this agreement or its subject matter. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. Bangalore will serve as the arbitration's location (Karnataka). All legal issues must be resolved by the Bengaluru (Karnataka) courts in India.
