In addition, you agree that KorsuLiv may keep and store your information on Korsuliv’s systems even if your account or enrollment in the Programs is cancelled.

Conditions for Services Related to Career Assistance:

Information on job applicants that KorsuLiv collects via its recruitment efforts is used only for the internal purposes of candidate assessment and personnel choice. Nothing else will be done with it.

KorsuLiv must maintain the integrity and accuracy of the data provided by job seekers at all times. In addition, we will do everything is required to keep the data secure and manage it. All of our staff and police are under constant surveillance to ensure no sensitive information falls into the wrong hands.

KorsuLiv reserves the right to contact prospective employees through email, telephone, or any other means at any time.

Notice of Dispute

Any legal or business conflict has to start with a Notice of conflict. If we don't have your correct email address, we will use the one we have on file for your account to deliver the Notice of Dispute to you. You and our staff shall endeavour to settle any issues via informal dialogue within 60 days of the Notice of Dispute being sent. After 60 days, if the parties haven't been able to reach an agreement, either may initiate arbitration.

The Terms and any additional program-specific terms are the sole terms that apply to your use of our services, until KorsuLiv updates amended Terms on the Platforms.

Under certain circumstances, KorsuLiv may assign or transfer the right without the consent of any other party. In other words, you may not, and may not try to, transfer or assign any of your rights under the Terms.

Contact their grievance officer if you are still dissatisfied with the resolution sixty days after contacting Company Support. They will make an effort to fix the problem. You should follow these procedures, however, only if your problem has not been addressed after 60 days or if we have not replied to you within 60 working days.

KorsuLiv has the right to make changes to the website at any time. There will be no written or spoken recommendations from employees, and no warranties will be made by employees, officers, directors, or agents.
